By submitting this application I verify that I have read an will comply with The Maricopa RC Club (TMRCC) by-laws, field safety rules, Academy of Aeronautics (AMA) Safety Code, and TMRCC New Member/Solo flight Checklist. I acknowledge that violation of said rules could result in loss of flying privileges and/or membership in TMRCC.

I also acknowledge that I will properly maintain AMA membership, and failure to do so will result in suspension of flying privileges.
